These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Crewbly AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service description

Crewbly AI is an AI voice agent platform that helps businesses connect with customers through calls, messages, and smart automation. The Service includes AI agent configuration, workflow automation, unified conversations, CRM, phone, and AI-website tooling.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Comply with all applicable telecommunications laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC, GDPR, and the like) when sending messages through Crewbly AI.
• Do not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or sublicense the platform.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed on the cadence shown at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Usage-based fees (SMS, phone minutes, email volume, AI tokens) are billed as incurred.

5. Intellectual property

The platform and its features are owned by Crewbly AI and licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. Content you upload (knowledge base files, contact records, configurations) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and deliver it as part of the Service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewbly AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
